Wachtel Biehn & Malm (WBM/the Firm) has two attorneys: Jay Bidwell (managing partner) and Steve Biehn (partner). The Firm handles a variety of legal problems ranging from: Personal Injury; Administrative; Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Probate; DUI and criminal offenses; Landlord/Tenant Law; and multi-million dollar commercial transactions.

WBM handles almost all types of legal issues except: family law and bankruptcy. The Firm has dealt with city, county, state and federal government offices in litigation and finance matters. Members of the Firm have handled in excess of 1,000 cases involving insurance disputes and matters involving injury and wrongful death. Millions of dollars have been collected for clients with personal injury claims.
